Home Information Pack (HIP)

Home Information Packs (HIPs) are now a legal requirement for most properties that are to be sold. They provide, in advance of a sale, various searches and title information which would not have been obtained until after a sale had been agreed. Because information is available early, time is saved later on in the legal process.

The only new elements in the HIP are the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and the optional Home Condition Report (HCR) which is a survey of the condition of the property in question.

We are happy to provide our HIPs either with the optional HCR or with the standard EPC.

 Floor Plans

Our floor plans are produced with Metropix. If you have a Metropix account plans are available in colour or even 3D. Our standard plan shows approximate total area as well as individual room sizes and can also incorporate compass points.

When completed the floor plan is emailed in both high resolution, for print, and lower resolution for email/web purposes and is also available as a web link.

The floor plans may be used on property web sites like Rightmove as well as on sales particulars etc.
