In the light of current legislation it is essential to have a professionally produced inventory and statement of condition of a property to be let.

Once produced both landlord and tenant sign to agree the condition of the property and any contents. Any loss or damage caused during the tenancy can then be judged against the Inventory and statement of condition. It is therefore imperative that the Inventory and statement of condition is prepared by an independent specialist and not by the landlord or the agent.

As well as producing the Inventory and statement of condition, we also offer a "check in" and "check out" service where we will agree the Inventory and statement of condition with both parties as well as explaining the heating and other services and taking meter readings.

We can also organise the holding of the deposit in a Government Approved scheme as required.
